In an amazing video experiment, Dove Brand reveals a moving portrayal of how we view ourselves, and how others see us. It’s interesting that while we often believe we are being judged ‘harshly or unfairly’ by others around us, it’s the way we view ourselves that is the true culprit in the lack of self esteem.
As I watch this video, I’m reminded of this quote from Reverend Jesse Jackson: Â “We look at the mole on the face and make that the face.”
