Sometimes, the notes we would write to ourselves can be the best advice we’ve ever heard. I believe deep down that we know what’s good for us, but we allow life to get in the way.
Listen to the voice inside your head. It’s the voice that is always chattering away to you and about you! Take the time to jot down some “Notes to Self” and stick them up where you can see them: the bathroom mirror, the sun visor in your car, inside your lunch bag for work. Little reminders can go a long way towards embracing your true self-dependent esteem…the kind that comes from the inside out instead of from the outside in.
“Think this day into being the most beautiful day of your life.”
“Don’t compare yourself to others, it’s a distraction that blinds you from seeing the beauty in you.”
“Because when you stop to look around, you are the best person on the planet to be you.”
“A smile is the best makeup any girl can wear.”
