You have a very special ability. You can actually think yourself into feeling happy right now for no special reason by simply thinking that you feel happy.
Do this by thinking one single happy thought followed by another and another such as:
- I feel happy.
- I feel happy.
- I feel happy now.
- I feel happy now for no reason.
- I simply feel happy now.
- I like feeling happy now.
- Feeling happy now is great.
- I love feeling happy.
- I am responsible for making myself feel happy.
- I like being in charge of making myself feel happy right now.
- I can feel happy any time I want to feel happy.
- I think I want to feel happy all of the time.
- I think I can do this.
- I think I can make myself feel happy all of the time.
Create your own “thinking yourself into feeling happy right now” mantra. Use it as your new positive message default. Repeat it over and over throughout the day. Notice how happy you feel when you do so. You are experiencing real happiness from the inside out, perhaps for the first time. Now that you are beginning to experience what a difference a thought really does make and are realizing, perhaps for the first time, that you can change your thoughts from negative to positive.
